What is Kundalini?
Kundalini Yoga is one of the oldest forms of yoga which blends breathwork, movement, stretching, meditation, and mantra through kriya yoga. Kundalini Yoga is an effective form of self-psychotherapy which supports the nervous system and our physical/mental/emotional wellness. This breath driven practice harnesses the bio-energy of our being to work on every system and cell of our body despite class themes. Anyone can participate regardless of ability as Kundalini Yoga is adaptable and scalable. Beginner’s encouraged!
