Yin & Pins at Integration Healing

๐Ÿ“… Saturday, May 17th | 3:00โ€“5:00 PM

Join Jenny and Adriana for a transformative Yin + Pins workshop, where the soothing practice of Yin Yoga meets the restorative healing power of acupuncture in an intimate studio setting.

This 2-hour workshop begins with a calming, slow-paced Yin Yoga session, designed to release deep tension, stretch connective tissues, and promote mindfulness. As you unwind into each pose, the practice prepares your body for the final restorative touch: a calming acupuncture session.

Tiny needles will be gently placed to enhance energy flow, reduce stress, and accelerate healing.

Whether youโ€™re seeking relief from chronic pain, emotional balance, or simply a deeper sense of relaxation, this workshop offers the perfect blend of movement and restorative care.

Leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and fully restored!
